Has anyone been able to convert one to be used in a Stag upper? Thanks Mike

I don't think it would be possible.  The ejectors are built into the guide rails so you would need to fabricate a left ejecting one.  You would also have to fabricate a new bolt that has clearance for the new ejector position and reverse the extractor to the opposite side.  Basically other than a few parts like the springs and extractor, all of the main parts would have to be heavily modified or fabricated.

I too have a Stag lefty and I have a Spikes .22 upper  that I posted a while back wondering much the same thing. Looks like there should be some way to assemble and modify the spikes bolt to eject to the left so that a conversion bolt would work in the left upper. But spikes doen't see much of a market for it. don't know if it would be a do-it-yourself project.I thought of getting an inexpensive bolt used and attempting the modification myself. Haven't got there yet. noone sells them cheap used.

Pull your bolt carrier and look at what would have to be done to make it work in a right hand receiver.
What's needed is a mirror image bolt. This is not something a little tweaking will fix.
The extractor's on the wrong side, the rail goes right across the port, EVERYTHING'S BACKWARDS!

A good machinist ought to be able to do this, but I can't afford his lathe /mill hours.

I'm frustrated, too, my 18 year old is a lefty.
I have a suitable lathe, just no skill or time, and I would have to get the milling stuff, too (8" Sherline ought to be big enough).

With time and $$$, anything is possible.  I'd contact Spikes and ask them.  I'd expect a hefty premium since it would essentially be a custom, one-off piece.
