So I'm kicking around the idea of putting together a dedicated upper. I'd like to use a Spike's bolt... but Spike's doesn't make a barrel I want. So, what I need to know is whether a Spike's dedicated bolt collar will fit on, for example, a Model 1 barrel. Seems like the Spike's/CMMG/Ciener bolts are the same; are the barrels standardized?

Our bolt will work with an M1S barrel but you will need to relieve the edge of the chamber slighty. What barrel are you looking for? I have someone who can make you a custom one, anything you want!

Better to let Spike's do it all, then they can be sure it matches up....
