I know that most conversions do not need the buffer and spring installed. The CZ has a pin or something that extends backwards that makes closing the gun annoying at best and usually impossible without a tool of some type. Does this pin interact with the buffer in any way? Or is the buffer removable with a CZ upper as well?

Certainly you don't need the buffer/spring installed, but my vendor took the pin out of the guide rod end block and it works fine without......

I though that one of the variations of the model did not even have the hole for the pin.
