I'm trying to establish a value on a DPMS A-22. It's a complete rifle with a 16" heavy barrel and a free float tube on the front. Thinking on trading it, but don't have an idea on realistic value.

Thank you in advance, I bought a like new dedicated 22 bull barrel DPMS 22 rimfire upper with 1 mag for $400 plus shipping off the EE about 2 years ago. This upper looked brand new but when I bought the upper there weren't any other 22 uppers on the market. If your rifle has a A-2 butt stock and the lower marked 22 LR I'd guess its worth $700 to $800. If an optic is include I'd add the price of the optic to the price of the rifle. This is what I figure the rifle was worth before the election. Since then all the AR's are in demand and it might go higher depending on where you try and sell it. If BDM ever releases the high capacity mag for the Colt/DPMS it should go up or at least hold their value. Right now the mag shortage seems to hurt the DPMS value / desirability.
