Well Im home Sick, so maybe someone can answer my questions.

I ordered a Spikes dedicated upper (.22) got a call, talked to Spikes regarding the build. They changed it to their Lightweight upper with Spector rail and a 16" Barrel, so it would work with their Fake Can. cool.

But is this the same as an ST-22? Im a little confused regardng Ceiner, Atchinson and dedicated? Whats the difference? Which kit works the best and has the new Nickel coating.

Sorry if this sounds a little foggy, my brain is the same way right now.

The ST-22 is just Spike's name for their .22LR dedicated upper.  It uses a modified Ciener-style bolt (somewhat redesigned & improved), without the need for a chamber adapter like you'd find on the various conversion units that fit regular 5.56mm barrels.

+1. You will be good to go. The setup you have described will be sweet and you will never go to the range without it.
