Model 1 Sales sells 9mm kits too.  They are just like every other gun dealer now, though - backordered on about everything because of the panic buying.  Hope your wife didn't want a 9mm build for Christmas.  You may have the parts by March unless you find some in stock somewhere.

I am building a 9mm carbine as well, and I have now been waiting two months for my backordered RRA upper half.  I have a complete lower half just sitting here...

I got mine from RRA.  It has run great, I have used pro-mag and C products mags.  Also the RRA mags are good.  I can't complain,  the gun has shot any ammo I have put in it and I have used all three mags without a problem.  I've shot about 1800 rounds through mine without a problem, with not much cleaning.

since I have had the rifle, the only thing I have changed is a JP low power trigger spring kit and a vertical grip.

this has become my favorite rifle
