Will a 9mm lose any performance from a 16'' barrel? I may eventually SBR a 9mm upper but I think I want to go ahead and get a upper and get a 16'' build together. In the future I may have it cut to a 10.5'' but for now I may just do a 16. Plan on running a CMMG or DPMS lpk, 6 position stock with 9mm buffer, c products mag block, and a RRA flat top upper. |

Quoted: 4.75" CZ75, I thought the increase would have been more than 200fps, but the 9mm case won't hold enough slow powder to get much more velocity. Little curve here, I put a 124 with a good dose of Accurate #7 through a 10.25" and 16" and the averages were both 133x from both barrels. |
