| The Colt conversion kits are not rare and are commonly placed for sale on Gunbroker.com. When there was a shortage of conversion kits the Colt would bring around $200 but now since Ciener's and Oly RFA are more available the Colts don't seem to be selling as well. The biggest problem for the Colt kits is a lack of available spare magazines and spare parts. I have a Colt kit and like it because it uses the same mag as my DPMS dedicated uppers and both are essentially the same design. There may be a source of magazine and parts in the future but as of right now good luck trying to find anything you need for a Colt kit. With the introduction of Spikes kit and CMMG kit (copy of Ciener) I think there are better options available at the moment. For the right price I'm sure someone would buy your Colt kit. |
