+1 for the CCI standard.

Not copper washed, but subsonic 100% of the time in 2 of my Spikes 16" rifles, and all pistols lengths I use.
My AAC Pilot can needs a "factory" cleaning after ~5K rounds since point of impact has shifted noticable just recently, and I can see some buildup on one quadrant of the baffles.

Keep in mind a copper "wash" may not have as much benefit as you think.  The rifling will shear through the microns thin wash, exposing lead any way.

The reason they use Copper jackets on rifle calibers is the lead does not have enough bite into the rifling at the accelerations up to 2000-3000fps.

YMMV
