If I wanted to do a SBR Oly in 9mm, are there any short barrels out there that will fit? Or do I have to look at another brand?

Funny you ask about this, I just looked at a 5 inch 9mm Oly barrel for sale
last weekend at a gun show.
You can cut a long barrel down to the size you like or
maybe custom order with Oly.

I just recently had ADCO cut mine down to 5".
