| Hey all , newbie here and i was wondering if you al can help me get started. iam looking to get a .22 cal upper for my COLT AR-15 . I would like to know the most reliable uppers, most accurate, where to get these uppers and anything else you would like to share like who makes the best mags etc . i love the pics i saw on this forum i especially like the shortys but i can't do that here in NY but still any help would be greatly appreciated . |

Figure out what configuration ( M4, CAR, 20" service rifle, etc) and price. CZ V22 cheapest. Spike's Tactical or Model 1 Sales or others in myriad configurations- 6-12 week waiting time ( bolt groups are the limiting factor). Custom from Accuracy speaks, Compass Lake Engineering, Kurt's Custom Firearms, and others. BlackDog MachineLLC.com mags for most of the conversion systems either available or soon to be. thanks for the info i breezed through the site real quick becasue i have to head off to work but i can't wait to get home tomorrow and really browse it . what kind of accuracy can i expect and whata re the most common problems if any i think i would like the M4 CONFIG . THANKS AGAIN Tom |
