Im going to get a spikes tactical lower in a few weeks and I want to make it into a 9mm AR. I need to know:  1. What kind of upper should I get?  I need one that comes with a bolt.  2. What kind of mag plug I should get? Thanks

Spike makes & carries 9mm stuff too, you might check w/ him. I think his bolts/etc are Rock River Arms.
