Any down side to using the Hy-Tech Block?  Any advice or opinion on these?

Sorry for all the questions, just new to the 9mm thing.

Thanks again.

If you don't mind the mag release on the other side, no last round bolt hold open option and the bulky look of the block, it makes sense because good 32 round UZI mags can be found for $13-$15 compared to $60 for Colt and $30 for CProducts mags.  It's an extra bonus if you already have UZI mags.

Don't the tactical bells & whistles here, I be an Uzi owner since 1988, I got a bunch of mags and no desire to cut them up... the cut up savings bought me my block.

Yep, $13 -15 to hold 32 rounds of 9mm in a doulbe feed column

Hell yea,,,, don't have to keep track of specific model mags.

Ask this fella if there is drawback -

My only complaint was that it is pretty heavy and sitcks out a bit.  Other than that, it was a great way to use my Uzi mags in the 9mm upper I once had.

I kind of regret selling it now that .223 is so expensive, but oh well, live and learn...

Hey Dawg, don't think I've seen you post here in a while.
