Does the Colt 6450 LE 9mm model have the sear block installed? And, does it have small or large takedown pins?

Sear block in the sense that there is an internal metal "web" where the sear would go. Normal front rear take down pins. Colt size fire control pins.

+1 same here. it all depends when it was made. Mine is a tan label pre green box.

Mine has LEO markings, mag release "fence", normal FCG pins, and no sear block. White box label, low 4 digit serial number...
