A Kuehl built dedicated upper? Probably not unless you buy it used. However, Fulton Armory probably still has the old style Kuehl 20" barrels without the FSB. You can build your own upper and it will essentially be the same as if you bought it from Kuehl. That's what I did and it works great. |
