I thinking about converting my M4 bushmaster in a 9mm AR, howevery I'm debating whether to use the 16" upper(9mm) or go with a Rock River 10 1/2" upper. I really don't like the idea of a $200 tax. What do you think?

If you want to play, you gotta pay. I'm buying a Suppressor, the tax sucks but its better than prison time. The short barrel looks cool, nothing wrong with a 16 though.
