Setup:
RRA upper
DPMS lower
Dedicated Hahn block
Pro-Mags

Problems:
1. Sometimes empty cases doesn't eject; it just stays in the ejection port and jams the bolt open.
2. Sometimes round doesn't feed and the bullet jams back into the case on the lip of the chamber resulting in open bolt jam.
3. Sometimes it works just fine (not often).

Ammo Observations:
115gr are the most reliable.
124gr are hit and miss.
147gr you can forget about with their flat tip.

It seems to me that the ramp on the block is to low for the chamber. I have some c-products mags on back-order from 44mag but I am not so sure that is the problem.

I would love some advice and opinions on what is wrong.

Thanks to everybody in advance.

Is your magblock positioned up high enough so the top surface of the ejector finger barely touch the bolt, and the side set in to center far enough to barely touch the bolt?

Inspect the fit of the ejector to the block, seems Hahn has a bunch of blocks floating around with loose ejector fingers in the block (sloppy side to side).

Remove your RRA bolt, RRA has used a piece of scrap in the past to retain their extractors, you want to use a std roll pin to retain the extractor.

You are having EXTRACTOR problems.  See the above pic.
Promags tend to be hit and miss with reliability and consistency, the ones that look like they have been machined on are the most obvious worst ones.
Every Hahn blocks' ejector is designed to have a bit of lateral 'float' to allow for variations in bolts and to prevent binding in the BHO.

In the pic above it looks as if the ejector is sitting too low....which limits the seating depth of the magazine....which positions the rounds feeding relatively low to the bore line.  I am going to guess that is a Uzi adapter pictured....irrelevant and shouldn't look like your setup.
