SPike's Tactical; that's one of their engraved lowers; you should see the 9-11 REMEMBER engraving.

Whats the story on that barrel?  Is it just a bull barrel?  What kind of side charger is it?

The barrel is 6" Jarvis.  It is threaded 1/2 X 28.  Spike has more barrel lengths available.  Spike's throws in a fake suppressor looking thread protector (shown in photo).  It will come off soon.  I have a AAC Evo 9 coming.

The side charging upper is made by VM Hytech.  Again, this one came direct from Spike's.  I believe AMEETEC also sells these uppers stripped...somewhere in the $350 range if I remember correctly.

I've seen the rra going from $800 up to about $1000, most dealers are around $870. The problem is finding one in stock. Gunbroker has a few listed. I drove 480 miles round trip last week to pick one up from a dealer in wv for $800, I do like a good road trip. Try legal transfers here in the EE, eagle firearms and adco. Good luck with your search.

Or, you can pick up a complete RRA 9mm upper for about $450 or less and then just get yourself a lower.  Surely a complete lower can be had for less then $420 bucks?

Maybe. I was going to do that but when you start adding in a lower parts kit, 9mm hammer, stock and all parts for it 9mm buffer and then you'll need a mag block and a mag. The biggest thing in my opinion is the factory warranty. I've built three .223 ARs but for my first 9mm I decided to go all factory and then add the extra goodies.
