This is a spin off from a recent thread  . . .

I just got my Oly 9mm flattop upper, mag block and some Sten mags from CDNN.  I now need a mag loader.

Which loaders do you guys use, how do you like them and where can I buy them?

Thanks.

WWII style "brass ring" loader from Sportsman's Guide. It's about $30 IIRC, and well worth it.

I also have both and much prefer the brass-ring style.

The ring loader is my first choice....  I actually had the box loader first, but when you have a pile of mags for the M11, and as fast as you can empty them, the ring is quicker.

And my personal favorite, the old "British Pump Handle"  --  Makes it easier than loading a 10/22 mag.  You still see them at gun shows on the mil-surp parts tables, usually unissued for around $15.00 or so.  Good Luck, ALLONS11

Northridge international has the brass ring loaders for $35.  Last I looked SG was sold out and they were $50 everywhere else.

I ordered some a couple of months back with some other stuff.  They were out and gave me a refund.
