I'd like to build one of these, problem is I live in NYS..I have a preban lower so that shouldn't be an issue but I'll never be able to SBR ( at least until I can FINALLY leave this fantastic S!@thole!) and any high cap mags will have to a preban. Is this possible without spending a fortune? I'm not a rich man, also I'd like a dissy, for aesthetics and because to me the gun always seems shorter because I can physically "choke up on it" (try that on a hot M4 barrel!) I appreciate any input on this issue.
