Does anyone know the torque figure for 9mm barrel to upper??

I usually crank around 40 foot pounds myself (on my .223 weapons) however, the manual states 35/Ft Lbs.

It's probably no different for a 9mm barrel however, I could be wrong...

Threads are the same no matter what AR-15/M16 upper you choose, barrels slides into upper just the same, so same/similar torque should suffice.

30 foot pounds minimum.......80 max

they are the same no matter what chamber is cut into the barrel

Good question. In my 9mm builds, where I was swapping bbls a lot, the "German" method worked fine. Same with .22, they never came loose, and my "gunden tight" for both was NOT all that firm. 5.56 is a whole different ballgame, and there the torque does need to be within spec.
