I actually have 3 questions although the third one is more of an observation:

1) What is the twist rate of the barrel?

2) Is the barrel chrome-lined?

3) Why is this model not on the Colt Defense website?

I don't know the twist rate. Probably 1/10 or 1/16. Either way, it should handle any bullet made in 9mm.

They are CL barrels.

That model isn't on the Colt Defense website because it is an LE line weapon, and the RO635/RO639 are automatic weapons.
