Hi Everyone, I ordered a 9mm upper from Triple Break a week ago and so far have had no success with either emails, or messages left on their answering machine. Is this normal? I can understand not having uppers to ship or other problems but I've sent them $600 and they won't talk to me. They haven't charged my credit card yet so thats cool. I'll give them another few days then I'll have to call the credit card cmpany and cancel the order. Don't know what else to do. Have you all gotten return calls and emails Ok? I hate to back out on them. Regards UPDATE: Just got an Email from Mark (Triple Break), he says he got my order and it will go out tommorow. Thanks to all who replied. Regards, Aard |
Not normal at all but I do know that Mark has been very sick the last 2 weeks. He will contact you soon I'm sure as he is a great guy to work with and his service is top notch. |
| I tried to order a lower from him. I called his shop 2 times a week for about 4 monthes and left messages but never got any replys. When I did talk to him I placed my order but never heard anything for 2 more months, so I ordered from somwhere else. He was very nice on the phone but I guess just too busy. |

Great. I'm in the same boat. Ordered a FIRSH handguard 2 weeks ago. Never saw it. Emailed Mark a week ago, he sent back an email saying it had been shipped and should receive it any day. A week later, still nothing. Sent another email asking him for a tracking #. No reply. Certainly not a good reflection on Olympic Arms as he is a listed dealer on their webpage. |
