I want to use unmodified mags. I may be wrong but I was under the impression that you could only use sten mags like that. Thanks-

I also want to stay away from the Hi tech (?) magblock, I think those are so ugly, I want my mag to be totally exposed so you can see the whole thing hanging out of the magwell, sexy!

Nobody.... there has to be one that works with the RRA upper, leaves the mag exposed, holds the bolt open on the last round and, preferably is not a PITA. Anyone, come on, some help here. Somthing that comes close?

IIRC... the only mags you could use with no mods would be actual colt or the new plastic pro-mags without modification to the mag.  RRA, ASA or Colt magwell blocks are your main choices then.

If ya don't mind a 10second mill job on yer mags..... you can use UZi or STEN mags(with sten/colt magblock)... this can be a really inexpensive way to have a ton of hi-cap mags.... just no LSBHO... wich if ya add a tactical latch.... it's no big deal to re-charge your weapon. IMO

The Hahn Precision bottom loading block and the Colt block hold the last round open.

I didnt like the looks of my hy-Tech at first either.  But after my first mag dump with it, it kinda grew on me.

Its a pretty good way to go IMO, Unmodified mags and the block itself is pretty cheap too.

Where can I get a "sten/colt magblock?"  I just ordered a Hahn from Brownell's, but it uses Colt factory or modified Uzi mags.  If I can Sten mags to work (reliably) that would be great!

Devin, this is going in one of your lowers!  Not the FNRL one, but the other one I bought awhile ago.  I already ordered the RRA upper from Adco....
