Does Olyarms make a 45acp upper i an eliminator/dissipator style? I am looking into one for my cavarms lower but don't plan on going the sbr route since the lower is fixed.

No, but being it is blowback oprated, all that needs to be done is to move the front sight base and hanguard retainer forward a proper distance.
