Btt, because I was hopeing to see a xm-177 style 9mm upper in the bunch. (a few of pics failed, so maybe there already is) Is Oly the only place that makes these uppers? Does anybody sell the 5.5" FH's in 9mm in case I just wanted to send a regular 16"bbl off to get cut? |

thanks for resizing Sidx - how'd ya do that anyway? the SBR hosts the Gemtech Talon SD 9mm integrally suppressed upper. the can on the bottom is the American Manufacture Triple-X. I use the Triple-X for my .223 upper as well....originally it was for my .223, but i had Mike at AA bore it out so i could use on my 9 as well..... works well for me and keeps 147gr winchester white box ammo subsonic.... |

I got a box stock L.E.O. Colt 9mm right after the sunset. I like it. Wish I could have gotten one sooner with the evil features. Now I have an evil 9mm Colt. My only gripe is the cost of the Colt mags. I like the hold open so I have to stick with the Colt mags. I've got two 32 rounders. Would like a couple of 20's but not at the highway robber's prices. Guess I'll have to get a couple of Uzi mags. Colt_SBR |

Hitman, Does the MFI fake supressor actually fit over the flash hider, or did you have to remove it? if you remove it,does the MFI screw onto the barrel threas, or have you installed a thread protector and the MFI mounts with set screws? Dawg |

You get an adapter that the fake suppressor screws on to. Make sure you get the correct adapter for the 9mm threads. You need to unscrew the 9mm flash suppressor then the adapter goes over the barrel's threads. The fake suppressor has set screws that you tighten onto the adapter. You have the option of tightening the other set screws all around the fake suppressor to give it a more solid hold on the barrel. Hoever it may make some cosmetic marks on the barrel if you do. Just got mine done last night. I'm still waiting for a couple of mags though Stag lower, RRA LPK, Fulton Armory M16 "slickside" upper, Colt 9mm UPK, RRA bolt carrier assembly, Colt mag block, RRA 16" barrel w/break, RRA OD Green furniture.

Last round BHO - 5 out of 5, so far so good. Seems to be very accurate at 25 yrds, but I was testing function more than accuracy this range trip. Very fun carbine to shoot, being able to shoot an AR indoors - priceless! Big thanks to AR15com and its members for the vast amount of knowledge on this site, and to the Industry partners for making this project happen. |
