Wondering if one of you gurus can help me. I want to have my barrel cut down to 10.5" or so and was wondering if I have to do all the ATF paperwork first or if I get it done and then do the SBR paperwork. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

Paperwork must be done first, then you can modify your existing rifle.
