I've some suppressed SBRs with FRTs attached.

There is this (seems to me) excellent video I happened across where the guys are comparing different levels of $$ builds with a couple of different FRTs.  About 16 minutes and worthwhile, methinks:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6k3ZWOJ4ig

They are carrying on about how an adjustable gas block helps one quickly tune an FRT equipped rifle  from the get go, then adjusting gas flow with the can on and off for optimal operation.

What I also found interesting is that the adjustable block can also change the rate of fire.  Likely everbody else here knows that, but not me!

At any rat I would like to learn more about the ups/downs of adjustable blocks.

Can y'all pint e in the right direction?

Buy once, cry once.  Get a Riflespeed adjustable gas block and call it a day.  No tools needed to adjust setting, all settings visual, you’re not left guessing audible clicks.
