The only thing you need that will be different will be a barrel and muzzle device, maybe a heavier buffer, not sure if others successfully run a blackout with a standard carbine buffer. Blackout is designed to work with everything else on the AR-15 platform.

Be very careful with 300BO, 5.56 will chamber & fire in a 300BO barrel, this is a guaranteed KABOOM.
This is probably the reason why there are no Mfgs (I could be incorrect, are there any complete guns in 300BO available?) of 300BO complete guns!
