I am new to the AR platform and I am looking to put one together from a complete upper and lower but I don't want a stock on the lower. I plan on adding a magpul stock to it. I am trying to keep this under 1000$ .
Anyone know of any good websites for the upper and any good brands for the lower. I am looking for a 16 inch or 18inch barrel that shoots 223/556. for the handguard I would like it to be mid length or rifle length and a free float quad rail. |
| Many vendors will offer a complete, built lower with Magpul components. Palmetto State is one of them but there are many more. Check with the site sponsors (banners above and below plus those in the Industry sub-forum) and keep looking. I like the Bravo Company uppers. It's a great time to buy an AR. |
