| Hello, I am new have been lurking though love the site. I wanted to ask has anyone sent their BCG to Robar for the NP3 plating? If so do you think it was worth it or not? I am looking for help so Mods if this is the wrong area I apologize in advance. Thanks |
| Don't waste your money on Robar NP3 coating or anything else. Your bolt carrier is fine as-is. I own a high end bolt action target rifle that came with the Robar coating on the bolt. It quickly came off in use and I run a wet bolt. I'm not impressed with it. Take the money it would cost to have it coated and invest in ammo. Take rifle out and shoot that ammo. Clean rifle. Repeat process. |
