Sorry I am new to the whole forum platform, but I heard that if someone has a question about an AR-15 that this is the place to go.
So here we go, I am looking to make an accessory for the AR Charging Handle, but the problem is that I have three different charging handles and none are the same. They all have different dimensions, so I was wondering if anyone had the real “mil-spec” numbers.
Two of the three advertise themselves as being mil spec

Welcome aboard. what gun do you have? Where was the charging handles bought?  Mil-spec is supposed to fit all mil-spec parts. So something you have is not mil-spec.

SO are they different on the handle end, where the gripping area can vary a little based on user preference, or are they different up front, where the CH's slide into the rail of the upper receiver?
