Just stumbled on a tidbit over in "discussions" section. Is there some thinking that a flash hider will affect accuracy? Mr. Mac I suppose technically when compared to a non threaded bull barrel the accuracy may be worse. Will that matter to 99% of shooters? No way. Marines are still popping targets at 500m with iron sights and flashhiders, something you would be hard pressed to find your average range ranger doing. Some guys like compensators for reducing climb and some felt recoil, but flashhiders still have a place on rifles and carbines which is why they're on most of them. |
