Ebay used to be a good source for stuff like hand guards a few years ago, but it's hard to find anything out there now because evil assault rifles. I picked up several sets of USGI hand guards about 5 years ago.

Don't overlook local gun stores, gun shows, and military surplus stores. I found a very good GI set at one late last year.

Amherst Depot has NIW USGI spares.
Numrich has Used USGI in 3 grades
