I am looking to buy a Colt scope, and someone has this. Does it look correct? I thought all of them were just 3 power.

Whoops, I can't insert an image. The picture shows the top with the Colt symbol in white letters and under it it says 4 X 20. I will work on trying to get a picture up. Darn Photobucket.

The fixed 4x20s were the bulk of Colt factory AR scopes. There's some mix of 'murica made and Japanese, and later probably Chinese scopes of the same style.

It looks good to me.

Once you have it uploaded to imgur, you have to right-click and select 'view image' or similar so it just shows the direct link to the picture (https://i.imgur.com/2Nf6E7X.jpg), then paste that into the image box on AR15.com.

Still trying to post a picture and not a url. Here is the last one. I wonder about the yellow sticker and if this may have been a Chinese knockoff.

Nope, you can see on the sticker that it says "Japan." Those stickers are proper for later Colt Scopes. Earliest were built here, later were contracted out to Japan.
