I have a very early A2 grey upper with a rebated front lug and I want to build a clone XM4 or 727.
What lower would be more appropriate, an A1 profile or an A2 profile lower? |

When I got ready to build my 727, I was wondering the same thing. It seems like most of the Model 727s had A1 lowers. I used this as a reference for mine.
The 727/XM4 was sort of a transitional model (pre-dating the M4) that was very similar to the late Model 723. The main difference being the upper receivers.

That means I have all the parts except a flash hider and peal washer. This build will be done very soon. |
