I just purchased an A-2 upper receiver with the Harvey ( keyhole) forge mark and the letter " L " on the rear locking lug.  I would like to know if anyone can tell me the manufacturer of this upper or end-user of this upper ?  I have never had an A-2 upper like this -- until now.  Thank you.

Harvey is NOT a keyhole. If that's what you have, then it's a Cerro Forge upper.  The "L" would indicate machining by LAR.  These are common parts from Bushmaster, and I know 'cause there's one in my lap while I'm typing this .....Huzzah !
