Anyone know what type of upper is?
No markings that I recognize.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That could be a J&T, Delton, M&A, Model 1, PSA, or any one of a dozen other manufacturers.

Any markings on the barrel?

Typical C-7 upper of most anybody's. Any barrel markings under the HG's? I'm gonna assume it's a Hbar profile. Looks like a shooter to me.
