Do I just need a new complete upper? 10.5 inch 5.56 caliber carbine length gas system.
I prefer an adjustable system, I have a YHM SS Phantom who comes along every so often to the range 
Purpose is to do a side folding ZM stock setup for one possibly two rifles of mine and a buddy is interested in doing the conversion as well. His would be for either a 5.56 and maybe also a 9mm, 7 inch barrel length. He's also rocking a can. On both. SOB.
