| I am buying my first AR and was looking for some feedback from the forum. I was looking at a colt M-4 to buy but I was also looking at Rock River and DPMS. I was wonder who has what gun and why they dislike or like there gun alot. |

The forum you posted in is for AR's that have gas piston systems,the rifles you mention have the DI system,known as Direct Impingement which is the standard gas operating system that AR's have used since they first came out.
For general questions on the standard AR15 platform you should post on the General Discussion forum as posted above and you'll get plenty of answers there.

| ar's are probably the most fun of target plinking guns! listen to what most people on this site and take it with a grain of salt, but normally everyone will only try to help you only some are snobs about what you buy and will tell you only the most expensive is the best!! have fun and go with what you like. |
