| I am wanting to convert all my AR's to piston's and was curious what everyone thought of the adjustable ones? I am leaning a little towards the Adams for that reason (similar to the Ruger, XCR), because if everything went to hell that is an option to mess with. I don't really know if there is a need for it or not I always like to error on the side of caution myself as the others just turn on and off I think. Just from a little reading I believe the CMMG/Stag not really sure of the other types mabe could be less dependable due to lack of adjust ability to situations? I know I've read alot about people liking the PWS too so what do you think? Now then that said, do y'all think there is a difference in felt recoil from the rifle length piston, vs. a carbine piston, I like the rifle length DI but on the piston I'm thinking the shorter the operating rod the better as far as dependability? |
