| Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know we will be hosting a Raffle for Core Rifles every Friday starting at 10 A.M. Eastern Standard Time and the winners will be picked the following week! Any questions contact myself or Quad at EXT. 214. BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!! Your tickets can be purchased on our website http://core15rifles.com/core-raffle-ticket.html |

Hmmmm ... $5 per ticket ... I assume that your lawyers have thoroughly read the Florida gambling laws.
(Note: I'm not an attorney, but you don't usually see anyone other than charitable organization, not-for-profits, etc., charging for raffle tickets.) |

(Note: I'm not an attorney, but you don't usually see anyone other than charitable organization, not-for-profits, etc., charging for raffle tickets.) You're right, this is illegal in Florida. "Fundraising is critical to the success of charities and other nonprofits. Games of chance, such as lotteries and raffles, can be an easy way to entice potential donors by offering the prospect of winning a prize. However, most lotteries and raffles are considered gambling and are illegal in Florida. But, the state has carved out an exception for qualifying nonprofits" |

OMG... give someone a steak dinner, expensive Scotch, and a hundred dollar bill... and "that guy" will show up to bitch about it! So... don't buy a chance. I was just making sure that they knew that they might potentially be breaking the law. I don't think $5 is bad for a raffle ticket for a rifle and certainly wouldn't complain about having to pay it. I just don't want to see them get in trouble. |

"You really want to buy a chance to possibly illegally gamble for the most hated by gun grabbers firearm" ?
?? does this even make sense? I don't know what you are trying to say what does most hated by gun grabbers even mean? just who are these hated gun grabbers you speak of? only here can a simple raffle announcement end up in bashing do you people also protest your local p.t.a.raffles ? I have a simple solution, go buy a cake raffle ticket, and leave the AR raffles to those of us that aren't scared of big scary black rifles and confident in our shooting skills. Core has only offered the raffle, they don't make you buy a ticket. either buy one or shut up, no one here cares if you do or don't. Thanks Core, I am not afraid to take a chance on winning a rifle made by Former US military Soldiers and thank you for this opportunity and THANK YOU for your service to this country. If I was core, I wouldn't include states like california, illinois, new york, or any of the other pathetic gun hating liberal states in this raffle, they don't deserve to win. |
