No, it's because .... 1.) Very few civilians have PVS-22s, etc. 2.) Anyone other than LE / Mil personnel wanting one deserves scrutiny ? ML |
If I have half a dozen dillos can I avoid the 'scrutiny'? How would you scrutinize anyway? Do you have a 'scrutinization' prodedure? LOL |
|
I know some guys who could field test that for ya AND send pics back!!! They are also some very big LT fans!! See pics of US ARMY snipers in Afghanistan wearing LT hat's & tees generously donated my ML on the bottom of page 15 & top of page 16 here---> ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=75&t=593882 |

Mark, This is awsome! As a scout sniper myself I have been hoping someone would come out with something like this for a while now. Great for Night ops but as far as daylight operations...can the spotting scope be mounted directly to the tripod with a small quick adaptor or something? I am going to pass the word the the communities...they are gonna love this. Trav |
SD, Glad you mentioned it and there is indeed a small adapter piece for daylight ops ... just forgot to throw it in the box sent to mfingar. And speaking of Fingar, awesome pics as usual Mark. Trav, thanks for offering to get the word out. LaRue |
The scope and tripod mounts are both rail grabbers. For daylight operations...simply drop the night-device, and shift the scope forward to balance things out. The LT speed-levers make it easy when returning to night-mode, allowing the best of both worlds. Mark ETA: See post above. |
You guys rock. My last 2 builds used Stealth uppers... Unless I am going down the VLtor road...every single build I do going forward will have a Stealth upper at its core... LaRue is so far ahead of the curve IMHO its funny.... Awesome stuff...keep it rolling... SW |
I see that, just trying to keep the system together... so if im on the move a lot during the day I just have the Spotting scope on, then night comes and I pull the rest out of my pack (just to save bulkiness) snipers are picky man! Also This tri-pod with the rail grabber could be a unit in its self. it could grab right on to the forend of a rifle... that way the system could be used for the SHOOTER utilizing different shooting positions. that way the this system could be sold as a set to sniper teams (SPOTR/SHOOTER) |
Jesus, you really stepped on your dick with that statement. In light of your previous antics, you really need to have one of your employees restrict your access to the Internet before your mouth puts you right out of business. |
Thanks BIG BROTHER for telling me what I should and shouldn't have |
Take your comments somewhere else you piece of shit...WTF do you contribute to this community? beside your boring ass comments. |
Radiant556, You got UBL's address ? Why don't I ship him two right on over. Hey, and we'll dig up some parts for his ailing dialysis machine and ship them too. ![]() In all seriousness, it ain't about the money or we'd be shipping our kit to just anybody and everybody that had the money. The fact is that this country is at war and it's our intention here at LaRue Tactical to help better equip our U.S. soldiers and not help the bastards fighting for the other side a damn bit. So, scrutiny it is. M. LaRue ETA - Aw hell, SD, you beat me to it. |
If the piece-of-sh*t bastard did somehow lay hands on one of our dillos, then I can hope it's wore plum out by now and he's been laying around drunk off his sorry ass 24/7 ... |
![]() I'll try some bench-tests tomorrow. Don't want to wake the neighbors. |
+1

Jeezus Kriste guys...lighten up... If you havn't figured it out by now Mark is on our side. The fact I got to say that is stupid. Mark: Don't feed these guys...OR better yet, have Admin yank and restart the thread. I am not going to be able to stand a bunch of bashers coming in and sullying your name. IMHO..your are great patriot, true American and I bless God you make such great stuff for us 'militia' members to purchase. Carry On... CONGRATULATIONS on yet another great product that is going to help our guys in the war against Islamo Facists. Thank You for sharing it with us here. <Salute> The rest you of you knee jerk specialists...tone it down... SW |
That go for REAL NV dealers who work with govy and LE folks and who have more PVS-22's and other unique gear that save a few lives as well? |
All due respect, if you pay taxes in this country you are helping the other side already enough; because we are giving the free/discounted educations at our colleges so that they can go back home and know everything there is to know about atomic energy, biological bad sh*t, and chemical bad sh*t. Go to any university and see for yourself, hell probably a good percentage of those who have performed bad acts against this great nation have been educated by it; and we worry about an aluminum rail? |
F^ck it all then and let's send 'em your women. |
Do you guys get it NOW?...does it make sense to you?... Wake up...ITS A FRIGGIN WAR... Aren't ya glad we got patriots like Mr Larue on our side? He will sell you happily a dozen of these... As long as your address is not some cockroach cave on the Kyber Pass... ...Like Jack said in a few good men...repeat after me: [Is it clear?] "CRYSTAL!" |
Mark thanks for the Pic that is an awsome system!!! oh and this job never stops... get your suppressor on and get out there, forget about the neighors!
All I have to say about that one is...JOB Security! WOOHOO! |
swhitney, You are embarrassing me. We're working here in an air-conditioned shop, with an endless coffee pot, and nobody shoots at us while we work. It's dreadfully easy duty ... patriots we are not. Patriots are the guys living and fighting for us all and those untold thousands and thousands that have fought and paid the ultimate price for this great country. As for you Patriots reading this, please ignore the few a$$e$ you see here. They are few and far between and the rest of us are backing you 110% and doing what little we can to help. Even if it ain't nothing more than paying some taxes without bitching. M. LaRue |
That right there was as out of line as it gets. |
whatever i want i guess ![]() i was talking with richard lage earlier today about tripod mounting a m11 (his idea). seeing that picture made me think of how neat a tripod mounted m16 would be carry on.
