I actually have three of the JSE 20" nitride pencil barrels in 1/9 twist on few of my builds. Great shooting barrels and I highly recommend them. I do not know who the actual manufacture of the barrels is. I do know that JSE assemblies them because you can specify if you want a non "F" marked or a "F" marked front sight base at the time of order and they will build it to your preference.
M16A1 style and A1/C7 style with reverse faux moderator

I believe they are Wilson Arms barrels which are very good. TGE those are nice looking makes me want one now.
