[ARCHIVED THREAD] - New Retro Family + Pics

Since finishing the 604 and late model 733, I needed to take a new pic. I even included my M16A2 and M4 clones.

Left to right: 602, XM16E1, M16A1 (early 1970s), M16A1 (late 1970s), 604, 605, 607, XM177E2, 653, 723 (early), 723 (late), 727, 733 (late), M16A2, and M4

I am currently working on a basic M16A4 clone, but that is for another section.

ETA: I forgot to mention that these are just my retro builds. They do not include my 1977 Colt SP1, 1981 Colt SP1 Carbine, 1986 Colt AR-15 A2, or 1993 Colt Sporter Match HBAR.

I do get one out every once in a while. I had the 604 and 607 out at the range last weekend.

Here is the thing, counting my Colts (SP1, SP1 carbine, AR-15 A2, and Sporter Match HBAR), I have 28 other AR-15s besides the ones pictured.

Makes my 10 retro builds feel kindof puny! Nice pieces of history there though - hope you enjoy and protect them!

Thanks for sharing. Think you have all the bases covered. Nice fence. Good and private. Looks like 11, 20 rd mags. Should be able to keep the round counts low. Thought I had it bad. You are on a level rarely achieved. The over 15 club.
