[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Retro mags

I have two NDS WAFFLE mags Im finally getting around to putting together. Does anyone make retro metal followers?

Id prefer to buy two beater real 20 rounders, but if not, I can get the springs through Brownells, but cant find METAL followers, ...IF...they are made.

FWIW, I tried an original Colt metal follower and a plastic follower in my NDS waffle, the plastic one was smoother so it continues to reside there.

Thanks I'll try them and maybe a little silicone spray or graphite powder?

What were the original followers made of? Any one know?

Here's mine. I just took apart a well worn universal and used the spring and follower from it.
