Can anybody point me in the direction of a vendor that is currently selling the best repro 607 handguards? Thanks! |

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=488284009 start with that piece and cut your own if you want to be legit. You can buy something and not pay enough. Later you will not be satisfied with the inferior product and be out all your money Or you can pay more for quality and you don't lose your money..... |

I want to go the cut your own route, but I lack the capability to that. Is there someone I can hire to do a set for me? Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile Contact John Thomas to see if he can do a set for you. [email protected] |

Oh man...that is awesome. What can I do to return the favor??? Just help out someone else in the future. They became unneeded when I went with the fat end cut down hand guards for my 607 proto type. f4enut Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile Quoted:

Any ideas on rear hand guard caps? I see the ones on Gunbroker, but feedback is that they are wobbly because they lack the lip on the inside. I would think that you could wrap the hand guards with tape then fill in the space around them with JB Weld and get a super tight fit. Box in the mail with a Tue expected delivery date. f4enut Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile Every once in a while I get in the mood to machine a couple out. It might be a while though as I've got a few projects going on now. You could pick up one of the stamped versions (Sherlok Ind....and that might not be spelled correctly) for less than 20 bucks, I believe. Then when I get around to machining a few more you can sell the place holder. Someone here that has one of mine might post a pic......I'm not in a position to post a pic at this time. |
