i got a sweet deal on 3 nodak slabside lowers, im keeping one what should i build (no 601s or 602s) i dont want to hunt hard to find parts.

AF carbine will allow you to use a later upper with that lower.

Since you have 3, how about using one for a retro 601/607 like pistol build, with HGs ala jhud? (Rear section of the HGs. Easier, and I prefer it believe it or not.) Set the gas system up same as a Mk18 and it ought to run great. I can actually shoulder mine.

You know my vote: GUU-5/P!  601 lower can be correct, and you can get a correct 1/7" M4 barrel  (16" or 14.5") chrome lined for $145
