So I got another one (this disease is real i swear) and it looks rather good. All the parts they said wern't here are actually there except for the trigger guard. Receiver looks pretty good, can't tell if it is refinished black or not. What do you guys think? Stock is ok, cracked buttplate, has a rack number on it. Handguards have two cracked teeth. Overall I think it will turn into a nice 603ish rifle

It was ordered from centerfire.

I would say "yes" to refinish. It looks like you can see some of the original gray in the first pic in front of the port door, behind the barrel nut area. Forward assist uppers are getting kinda more scarce, aside from these kits. Or so it seems

Thanks. I think I'll just leave it the way it is and give it a good clean. Probably will match the black lower it is going on a bit better too.

It could just be the lighting too. Looks like you got a pretty good selection of parts. How is the furniture? Looks like a Type-E buttstock.

The disease for  me is cleaning the crud off those old parts and seeing them come to life and seeing what you actually got.

Looks good.....bring it back to life.

Furniture is ok. Hand guards have a few broken teeth, stock is actually not bad. Has a cracked butt plate and a rack number on it. Pistol grip looks to be in good condition.

It looks exactly like the one I received from Royal Tiger last week, right down to the same patina.

You never saw my videos and posts about my kit and build then, because it was like new and only had a busted buttplate and two teeth broke on handguards. Rest of finish and gun parts were excellent. I really got lucky I guess.
