He's got some interesting stuff. I particularly like the ACR handguards and the box with 4 ELCAN sights on top. Wish I was made of money.

Yeah, LMG can't really mean very "light" in this case!

Morg, my thoughts exactly.

There's also a full LMG upper on GB right now. I guess I just posted this because I'd never seen what was under those square handguards.

He's definitely got some nice stuff. But he's also the guy that's had those CMP 20" barrels listed for $700 for what, a year now?

Yeah, he's got some cool parts, like the ACR furniture, but he's pretty proud of some of that stuff. I kinda like that 6940 upper though.

How is it a "complete new in the bag Colt A2 butstock" and then said to be "It is from a post 1986 gun which was never sold but is being destroyed by the distributor as excess."

Besides being overpriced, is obviously can't be new in the bag if it's been installed onto and removed from a rifle.

I was interested in an Elcan he had, but after watching it, he raised the starting price more than what his original buy it now price was. Interesting stuff, but i'm buying a scope, not a story. It's just an Elcan, and now it's an Elcan in used ACOG territory.

yep! $400 for an A2 stock set is crazy high. I think this guy is out to lunch on most of those prices. Heck, even back in the late 80's early 90's when us home builders were desperately trying to find A2 parts, that would have been an insane amount.

I stumble on that fella's auctions from time to time.........he's wicked proud of his stuff. I feel bad for the inexperienced collector/builder that doesn't know any better and pays 200%+ fair value. He has some cools stuff, but not THAT cool......

Damn. Well, I need to get some dental work done anyway...maybe I should get a gold tooth to match my weapon? Then I could get a place on the beach in Sierra Leone and not feel out of place.

Man his prices on his ACR stuff is crazy expensive.  I can't see how anyone would pay those prices.  I never realized that the ACR used a special buffer tube that is the same length as a standard buffer tube.  Interesting bit of information.  I also noticed in the pictures of the ACR that I took at the R. Knight Collection that the ACR uses a 20" barrel.

yeah his prices are usually astronomical.  a few times he's had rare items with no reserve but bidding got out of control anyways.
